Atole Sans is a modern and fun sans serif typeface. Characterized for its handwritten yet readable style; it was designed with the intention of reflecting the warmth and comfort that the corn flour based brew it’s inspired on gives to everyone that’s looking for a drink that’s not really a milkshake nor a hot chocolate. The irregularities on each glyph are made to reflect the texture of a hand made type and—continuing with the food references—designed to reflect on the consistency and texture of a good atole: thick, rich on natural flavors and, according to personal preferences, some still having little lumps of the mixture in their drink.
